Equipped with spray granulation towers, isostatic presses, powder compactors, rubber presses, graphite kneaders, high-temperature sintering furnaces, automatic mechanical seal assembly machines, and various precision grinding and inspection equipment. We achieve fully in-house production from raw powder to finished components, strictly controlling every step to ensure consistency and reliability for the most demanding industries like automotive and semiconductors.

Made from high-purity graphite powder, molded and sintered at 2300°C under pressure. Internal pores are eliminated through process innovation, requiring no impregnation, containing no resin or metal. Excellent corrosion and temperature resistance, grain size <5μm. Widely used in pumps, valves, power, automotive industries. Annual output over 5 million pieces.
